Identifying a Serial Rapist, Bond University

There is no easy way to talk about Serena Davidson’s PhD on ‘Serial Stranger Rape’. While the majority of sexual assaults occur by perpetrators known to the victim, there are many cases of women who are attacked by persons completely unknown to them. Some of these predators will go on to commit multiple offences. With a background in forensic interviews with probationary criminals as well as working in suicide prevention support, Serena has researched thousands of cases with the aim of predicting the offence behaviours of serial rape offenders.
